Preventative eye care and health screenings are important to maintaining proper eye health. Our Optometrists can diagnose vision and eye health problems early on to restore or prevent vision loss.
What happens during the comprehensive eye exam?
During your eye exam, the optometrist will go over your visual symptoms. We will then evaluate your prescription using an automated system, we like to keep up with new technology! This will be used to prescribe glasses and help with a contact lens fitting if desired. The doctor will then evaluate the health of your eyes. To examine the internal structures of the eye we may dilate the pupils. After completing the necessary tests the doctor will go over the diagnosis and treatment plans with you.
